Abstract: We identify a specific anticensorship task, configuration and software update, and define a new concept, Unauthenticated Push (UP) channels, which facilitate this task while minimizing user burdens and risks. We describe an example implementation using steganographic videos posted on public streaming services and outline how this and other existing systems align with the UP definition.
